Minecraft Launcher crashes when Microsoft Login clicked

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft Launcher
2. Click on Microsoft Login
3. Launcher crashes.

Observed Results:

The minecraft launcher just closes.  I found the following error in the Windows Event Log.
