Newest Minecraft launcher showing error 8x131509

Hi Mojang,

I've decided to reinstall Minecraft after I deleted it to get some extra storage. I wanted to install the newest launcher to play with my friends but when I tried to open up the launcher it said this--

Is there anyway i can fix this?

 

Edit*- I am connected, i have the latest update and have updated everything on the Microsoft store.
