Launching The Game Creates A New Instance/App In The Taskbar Instead Of Combining To The New Launcher App

When I launch Minecraft it creates a new instance/app in the taskbar instead of combining it with the new launcher app/Instance. If it isn't a bug then I think it would be nice to add this as an option in the launcher settings .
