new launcher thinks you dont have Minecraft when your offline

wen you have you internet tuned off, the new Minecraft launcher get confused and will only let you play the demo. also, when you have you WIFI tuned on but you have limited access, the launcher will spend ages loading, and after you select your account, freeze for a minute and then get stuck spinning the the loading thing.
