BSOD on Windows 11 1.18 pre-1

Whenever I launch 1.18 pre-1 on the new MS Store launcher, i get a Blue/Black screen of death.

The error code is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

This only happens with 1.18 pre-1 as far as ive experimented.

All my drivers are up to date.

EDIT: All versions no longer work since a driver update
