New Minecraft launcher Crashes Entire PC if using modded profile

When attempting to launch a Modded Minecraft Java Edition (i.e. Forge, Paper) from the new Minecraft Launcher it will start to launch then immediately cause a Blue Screen of Death in both Win10 and Win11
