Can't reinstall Minecraft Launcher

I can't reinstall the Minecraft Launcher. When I want to reinstall the Launcher, I go to minecraft.net, choose all options and then when I have download the "MinecraftInstaller" and open it, I accept all settings but then there is an report: The App could not be installed. (0x89235172) I use Windows 11 and I also play Minecraft with Windows 10 on this Laptop. What could I do?
