migration problem

I'm 70 years old. My 12 year old grandson bought me minecraft Java for Christmas a few years ago so I could play with him on his realm. Game screen told me to migrate. Followed directions answered questions and now will not load. Does not recoenize either my windows or mojang Id or passwords. Can sign in to windows account but not mojang.

 

 

Microsoft Mojang help sent me here. They did'nt know how to fix.
