java.lang.illegalstateexception: failed to create a child event loop

I am having issues with
java.lang.illegalstateexception: failed to create a child event loop
popping up whenever I try to connect to a minecraft server since updating to Windows 11 or the new MC launcher, I have no idea how to fix it. Help please!
