Black screen?

Black screen when I try to launch a new launcher.
I tried:
1. Download launcher from the xbox app, windows store, from the website.
2. Completely deleted the folder .minecraft
3. Tried to run in compatibility mode
4. Use admin rights
5. Update the drivers.
6. Reinstalled the drivers.
Nothing works
