WIndows 10/11 java edition launcher crashes and fails starting everytime

Purchased and downloaded minecraft java edition for windows on 11/03 crashes everytime tried with four different windows supported computers and laptops still unavailable on resolving this issue redownloaded java itself. How can even think of playing when all I can do is download the launcher and it stops at "making things awesome" never got past the quote need a refund or a real good solution
