After Starting up vannila 1.17.1 the PC automatically restarts

(If I didn't say something please tell me, it is my first time reporting a bug)

I updated to the new launcher and at first it used to work but at one point the launcher would load just fine but when I tryed to start up version 1.17.1 the PC just restarts itself, I don't think it's a cooling error, and it also probably isn't java since I have the latest Java 8 version. But 1.8.9 works, the servers and singleplayer worlds work! I had been trying to fix it for the past 8 hours, but nothing works. It also after restarting logs you off of the Minecraft launcher, but it's not that big of a deal. And yes I tried absolutely everything: restarting the PC, trying to find corrupted files, etc... I hope it gets fixed soon! Thanks in advance!
