Minecraft for Windows Purchase

I can't purchase the game in the store because it somehow defaults me to US and and I can't put my billing address in when I try to proceed with the purchase. 

My account is set up for UK, I have a card assigned to the account, yet when I try to buy the game a window pops up and asks me to fill in the details for my card and the billing address which I can't change to a United Kingdom.
