New Minecraft All in One Launcher Failing to update

Upon downloading the new minecraft launcher as MInecraft Windows 11 Edition notified me about (downloaded from the Xbox app). i launched it which it says updating for a few seconds then shows another dialog box saying update couldn't be completed.
