New Launcher wont start when clicking on icon.

I have installed the new launcher using microsoft store, when pressing start playing button on store, it wont launch(nothing happens), same happens if i double click(or triple click) on the icon, but nothing happens. I looked at process(on task manager) but if i double-click icon(basically run the app), no new process begin. 

Graphics cards are at their latest.
