Unable to update the Native Minecraft Launcher & Crash when launching game Windows 11

Whenever I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Gamepass thanks to GOD Phil, doesn't let me install it on my second drive 2TB Hdd instead it always show me the same problem "Unable to update the Native Minecraft Launcher" and installing it to my main 250GB drive SSD it worked but now My PC crash and restarts on it's own when launching Minecraft Java version
