luancher isnt working

when I try to use the new luancher, when I click "lets go" it loads forever, I've waited like two hours and I never had problems like this on the old luancher, I've looked online and tried everything I could find but none of it worked I would really appreciate it if you gave me advice on how to fix it or fix the bug with the luancher.
