My minecraft launcher says it wasnt able to update windows.

Hallo Mojang! I just bought the game and when i got to download it my launcher says it wasnt able to update windows. I resarted my laptop and it said it again. What should i do to fix it.Thank you for my time!And sorry for contacting you again a day after.
