Connection refused

For a few days I am unable to enter servers and keep getting the message Connection Refused:No Further Information along with io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception. I havent done anything new to my computer I dont know why it started happening. I have 1.17.1 version of minecraft
