I can not log in to my account

I got the new launcher and when i try to log in to my account it says "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live" "The system cannot find the file specified" i tryed reinstalling the launcher, tryed to give it time i even tryed creating an new account because maybe it was because of the account, but here i am 11 h later typing this
Pls help!
