I got a problem trying to download the launcher.

I was re-installing Minecraft through the official website but when downloading the launcher from the downloaded application, it said the error "Minecraft Launcher is not currently available in your account. Please make sure you are logged in to the Store and try again. ", but when I go to the Microsoft Store, I have the account turned on, and when I go back to the Minecraft download application, it gives the same error.
