Minecraft Launcher download from Windows Store infinitely 'Pending'

I always used the old launcher, saw the 'new and improved launcher' and figured id get it. Trouble is the store downloaded most of it, then stopped and has been a 'pending' download ever since, alongside a 'Gaming Services' download. These two are the only affected apps, as other apps have downloaded and updated without issue.
