Bug on Minecraft Launcher

To install Minecraft Launcher, it puts me "Acquisition of license" to infinity while I have Windows 10 and a Microsoft account connected. And to install the launcher on the official website, I launch it but either it gives me an error, or it gives me a go but when I click nothing happens.
