asking to log in every time I open the launcher

Open up the launcher from gamepass/xbox store and be asked to log in like normal with either Microsoft or mojang (I have already migrated to Microsoft account) it also "wipes" installations I create (actual saves and multiplayer list are fine just removes anything besides "latest release" and "latest snapshot".
I am running Windows 10.0 2.2.7264 as the latest launcher with Windows 11 home Insider preview evaluation copy Build 22489.rs_prerelease.2110231816.
