Java Edition crashes with the new launcher

The Java Edition can only be run once after repairing and resetting the launcher.With every further attempt to start the Java Edition, the screen goes black and the PC restarts and the login data is forgotten. There are no mods installed, it is a pure new installation under Windows 11, all drivers are up to date.
