[MCL-19986] Launcher loses all saved installations after changing to the MS Store version

Workaround

Open the %appdata%/.minecraft folder
Create a copy of launcher_profiles.json
Delete launcher_profiles_microsoft_store.json
Rename the copied version of launcher_profiles.json to launcher_profiles_microsoft_store.json

When I opened up the Minecraft Launcher today, I saw an alert that told me that there was a new Launcher version that I could download from the Microsoft Store. I said, 'alright,' and downloaded it.

But, alas, upon opening the Store Version I discovered that all my versions were gone!

If I open the Old Version, it still has all my versions.

I don't wanna have to redo everything, pleas fix.
