OpenGl glitchs/problem

Dear people/staff

So, when i try to launch my minecraft 1.17.1 i get the error that my pc doesen't support OpenGL, but my pc does support OpenGL so i don't know why i can't start up 1.17.1. 

 

Pls fix!
