Got logged out of Minecraft: Java Edition after selecting something in the settings.

This all started a week ago, when I decided to play Minecraft: Java Edition on my Macintosh. I went through the settings and found one that mentioned a "beta launcher". I was intrigued as I thought it was mentioning the old launcher from years past. I selected this feature and was booted off my launcher. 

I tried to go back in and I was logged out, I naturally tried to go to Microsoft login as I used my Microsoft info when purchasing Minecraft: Java Edition and I've never gone through the Mojang Migration process. I have tried to delete the Minecraft Launcher and download it again and that doesn't work. I've also tried to reset my whole computer but to no result.
