Game Crashed

Just purchased the game for AUD$35 and try to play game and received message: Game Crashed exit code:0.

Have no idea what to do but request immediate credit for my payment as this is totally unsatisfactory.

 

Please acknowledge receipt of complaint and advise when credit will be processed
