MINECRAFT LAUNCHER CRASHES EVERYTIME WHEN I RUN A NEW INSTALLATION!!!

This problem is mostly on modded installations like optifine,forge and fabric, and the problem:

Whenever i run a new installation my launcher crashes plz fix this problem!
