Internal Exception: javanet.SocketException: Connection reset- PLEASE RE OPEN.

Hi, I try to enter any Realm and I see myself floating in the sky as shown below. Eventually I disconnect and get the stated error. My settings are very low as I thought it may be an internet issue, but even on lowest settings its a no-go. MC is exempt on all antivirus software, not sure what to do, any advice is appreciated
