When I try to play, the game freezes and crashes on the Mojang loading screen. I have tried trouble shooting it and shutting my computer down and turning it back on but I can never get past that point.

When ever I open the launcher I can get through the preparing screen jut fine but when it gets past that onto the Mojang loading screen, the game freezes and crashes and no matter how many times I've tried, it keeps happening at the same spot. I have shut my computer down and restarted it, I have trouble shot the launcher but nothing seems to be working
