the bug is that whenever I click on start it shows preparing but after waiting hours it does not start and the preparing bar gets stuck and i cannot play even i repair it and reinstall it but nothing works please help or my money will be wasted

whenever i click on play the prepering bar comes but after loading some of it it gets stuck even if i wait for hours please fix it soon i want play minecraft java
