Launcher error

I run an older laptop with windows 8 64 bit. 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both minecraft and java, I have tried removing/renaming the JavaCheck file but I still receive crashes when I attempt to open 1.17.1.
Even have tried running the launcher as administrator, I still get:
