Can't upload or duplicate skins.

Hello I can't seem to be able to upload new skins to my account.

Every time I try it gives me this error at the top saying, "Unable to save skin"

I had to go to the Minecraft website and log in to upload my new skin once I finally got it onto my account, I tried to click "Add to library" but that gives the error, "Unable to add duplicate skin"

As you can see from my screenshots I don't have the skin already, so it can't be a duplicate.
