An Issue about multiplayer servers

Hi , my problem is that i can't join or find lan servers so...idk what is the problem i've already tried the steps of duplicate *MC-227913 ,*but it keeps loading.I've already tried ,login out installing the game again.This is happening in every version , since 1.8 to 1.17.1 so...i'll show you some images of my issue, and let's see if u have any clue of my problem.
