Minecraft Launcher doesn't start (Brazil)

Hi, I had to reinstall my minecraft, but the launcher doesn't open. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled, Java is up to date, so is windows, my video card is also up to date. Compatibility is disabled. I've already tried support with Microsoft and they couldn't help me.
