no migration cape on launcher

here's a screen shot of the migration cape NOT being on my launcher, i just don't know what i could do because i had gotten my account migrated and got an e-mail saying i successfully migrated my account, but the cape just never arrived on my launcher....so idk anymore for what happened and why i can't/won''t get it. i log in and out all the time seeing if it would show, but still nothing, i even uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher but that didn't work either, so this must be some sort of bug as to why i can't get my cape. :[
