I can not login into a Microsoft account.

I am currently unable to login into a Microsoft account of the java Minecraft launcher. I have confirmed that my account is normal and that this is only a problem with the launcher itself probably. Every time I press the login in to the Microsoft account button it states a error has occurred. This does not happen when I press the mojang account button.
