Minecraft exit code 0

(sorry if I get some things wrong, it's my first time)
Minecraft was running perfectly (I have 2 monitors but only set at extend screen), but after  using my 2nd monitor only (set as only show 2nd screen in settings) minecraft doesn't start. I have already updated my java, installed the latest drivers (nvidia), and tried everything I searched for. I tried running minecraft with my laptop monitor only (only show 1st screen) and minecraft started running again. Is this problem solvable or do I need to just use my old settings? I want to only run 2nd screen cause I don't really make use of 2 screens and I think having 2 screens use more ram (? ) which I want to maximize to run modded.  I can provide more info but I don't really know what to send pls help. (shows exit code 0 when trying to start but shows exit code 1 in logs)
