cannot access purchased Full edition java minecraft

Migrated to new microsoft account

can no longer play the paid for full version of minecraft Java edition

get prompted to "switch to  [mojang account] to play the full version of minecraft java edition" however when I click on the change account link, logging in either does not work or tells me the account was migrated and to log in with the microsoft account.

When will the full java edition be available to play in the microsoft account?
