Log in problem with Microsoft account

I have purchased MC Java some months ago and recently everytime I open the launcher instead of the usual "Play"- Button I can only play a demo version, though access my older seeds. The problem is that I can´t log in on my Microsoft account thruogh the launcher or the MC website, ,but my Microsoft account is active. I don´t know what is happening, I would like to play some MC with my friends now .
