Migrated mojang account problem

i have migrated my mojang account to microsoft, i got an e-mail as confirmation that i had migrated successfully, I now try to login and it says I can only playdemo and I have to buy the game again. but it has already linked Microsoft and mojang together, so I cant login in with my mojang account
