javaPatchNotes.json returns versions in a strange order

Not sure if this is intentional or follows a pattern I'm not seeing, but https://launchercontent.mojang.com/javaPatchNotes.json appears to return versions in an almost chronological order, except a few are out of place. For example, versions 1.13, 1.14, and 1.15.1-1.15.2 (including the pre-releases of 1.15.2) are all placed in the "wrong" place. This only seems wrong because, for the most part, the rest of it is in order, including all the most recent releases and snapshots of 1.17
