an existing connection was forcibly closed by the host

All day every time i get on a server i get kicked after being on it for like 20 seconds... ive tried to redownload the game and mods for the modded server, ive tried turning the firewall on and off and adding the game onto the whitelist... tried switching from the 5G to the 2 on the wifi connection ( we cant get anything but DSL) 

 

it worked all day yesterday just fine and then all day today it just has been having problems connecting to the server...
