Skin randomly Changes

When I load my Minecraft launcher (not a custom one), my skin keeps changing to a random skin every 3-4 minutes (In the launcher only). When I try to set my regular skin, I have to mash the set skin button a couple of times until it finally changes it (when I load up Minecraft it sometimes doesn't even work). If it does work, the next time I turn on the launcher it gives me another random skin. Ive tried changing passwords, resetting my Microsoft passwords and nothing works. It all happened a week after i migrated. Ive been having the same issues as user Hana Nevreolova and i tried her fix and still nothing.
