Launcher does not save data when it is closed by Minecraft being launched

When launcher is closed normally (alt+f4 or mouse), it saves all the data and no problem happens. However, when it is closed by Minecraft starting (actually launching the game), it forgets all the changes that were made, causing logout on next launcher open and installation settings updated lost.
