Skin in launcher keeps changing on it's own to a random skin

When I load my Minecraft launcher (not a custom one), my skin keeps changing to a random skin every 3-4 minutes (In the launcher only). When I try to set my regular skin, I have to mash the set skin button a couple of times until it finally changes it (when I load up Minecraft it sometimes doesn't even work). If it does work, the next time I turn on the launcher it gives me another random skin.
