проблемма в обновлении

failed to update the minecraft launcher.. the game has not been launched for about half a year. this error appeared after the last update of the PC. I tried to delete and reinstall it. I always downloaded the launcher only from the game's website. I tried to install the game on both dis d and disk C. when you start, the download appears. then a window pops up with a message.
