Attempting to save or duplicate a skin displays the "unable to save/duplicate skin" error

After uploading a skin to the launcher it displays the error message "Unable to save skin". Attempting to also duplicate a skin displays the error message "Unable to duplicate skin"

The expected results should be for the skin to successfully save and/or duplicate however the observed result is the errors appearing, blocking the skin from saving and/or duplicating

This is a regression of MCL-16943 which has been marked as fixed in 2.2.3965
